Kelly Horvath, DDS
Dr. Kelly Horvath began her dental career as a dental hygienist, working for 17 years. She went on to receive her dental degree from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in Indianapolis, IN graduating 2011.
After working as an associate outside of Indianapolis, Dr. Kelly moved to Crossville, after purchasing the practice Crossville Smiles in 2012. The practice grew from a small 4 operatory office, and went through an expansion to 7 chairs in 2014. As of May 1st 2020, Dr. Kelly designed and built our new 17 operatory office on Miller Avenue.
Personally, Dr. Kelly is married to her husband, Frank, and will celebrate their 24rd wedding anniversary in August 2021. They have two sons. Dr. Kelly’s stepson, Noel, is married and has a new baby girl with his wife Kaylee. Nicholas, their younger son, is in his last year of high school at CCHS and is on the golf team.
Dr. Kelly and her husband take great pride in the community, and are involved in many organizations and clubs between them. Dr. Kelly is a member of the American Dental Association, the Tennessee Dental Association, and is active in the local dental study club. Dr. Kelly enjoys free time with her family, where they love golf and where she seems to be always doing a home project.
Dr. Kelly wants her patients to know that they come first, and that they are the reason for the growth and success of Crossville Smiles. No matter how large the practice grows, it is important to her that the office maintains the same caring and team-focused atmosphere the patients expect. We are excited to see what the future holds!
Adam Finn, DDS
Dr. Adam Finn grew up in the rural community of Almont, Michigan. He earned his undergraduate degree from Oakland University before receiving his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry.
While in dental school, Dr. Finn met his wife, Lauren, who graduated alongside him as a member of the same class. After graduation, they chose to settle in Cookeville, Tennessee, a meaningful location between Dr. Finn's family in Michigan and Lauren's family in Florida. With extended family also in the Upper Cumberland region, the area quickly felt like home. Since then, they have purchased a home, were married in May 2025, and have joyfully welcomed their first child, a baby boy. They are truly grateful for the warm and welcoming community they have found in Tennessee.
Dr. Finn has proudly served patients in the Crossville area since graduation and is excited to continue his patient-centered approach to dentistry at Crossville Smiles. He is committed to ongoing professional growth and looks forward to working alongside Dr. Kelly and the exceptional team to provide outstanding, compassionate care to the community.
Outside the office, Dr. Finn enjoys golfing, exercising, playing sports, and exploring the area's parks with his wife. They also prioritize time with friends and family, valuing the strong connections that have shaped their lives.
