Learning more about your dental needs is important. Our dentists will sit down with you and walk you through procedures, so that you have inside knowledge of what is expected of you and what you can expect from our staff.

Helping You File Your Insurance Claim

Our office is in network with Delta Dental, BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee (BCBS of TN), and the Blue Advantage plan. Patients are asked to present their current insurance card at the time of service so that our team may submit claims on their behalf. To facilitate proper claim processing, please provide complete insurance information at your appointment.

If your insurance carrier is out of our network, payment in full will be required at the time of service. As a courtesy, our office will submit the claim to your insurance carrier on your behalf. Any reimbursement issued by your insurance carrier will be sent directly to you.
 
Your coverage is a contract between you and / or your employer, and the insurance company. Our relationship is with you, the patient, not the insurance carrier.

We do NOT accept TennCare or HMO insurance plans.
